December Class Schedule

Come and join us at as many sessions as you wish- each day will be a different workout, all outdoor sessions will take place at La Chapelle d'Abondance on the tennis courts near intermarché

Community Running Group

Runners, joggers and Jeffers (run/walkers) of any pace- all are welcome and the group is free to all.

We will start with routes which will be approximately 5k initially and mostly off road.

Thursdays at 5pm in Abondance in front of the Parc Aventure (near the pump park)

Sundays at 10.15am in La Chapelle d'Abondance outside the Retro unless otherwise stated on our Facebook page

FREE Walk and Talk Event 

Come and join us each week for a walk and a chat, we are new to living in the area and it would be great to meet some people as we enjoy the fresh air. Routes will range from 2-3miles initially at a leisurely pace

Please sign up to the event on Facebook and bring your friends- the more the merrier!

 

 

Personal Training Sessions 

  • Sessions will last 60mins (unless agreed otherwise)
  • Initial consultation which focuses on setting SMART targets and taking baseline measurements
  • Personalised plan based on client needs
  • Suggested additional activities to support the SMART goals which have been set
  • Regular reviews through the plan
  • Basic nutritional guidance
  • Weekly contact with PT in whichever method preferred

In Person

Sessions can be held in our gym, in communal outside spaces or at your home. Plans will be written to support the location you choose and the equipment available.

Online

If you aren't able to attend sessions in person, there are other options. Sessions can be led over zoom and will be planned around the equipment you have available. 

Personalised Plans only

If you prefer to train alone, or are not local to us, we can still help you reach your goals. You can book an initial consultation and will be provided with a training plan, regular reviews and weekly 'check ins' to answer any questions you may have.

Need to get fit for skiing?

As we approach the start of the ski season, I am offering an 8 week Ski Fit Personalised Programme Offer.

There are 2 options for you to consider- in person and virtual.

Option 1- 8 in person PT sessions and an at home plan to follow to ensure you are winter season ready.

Programme cost is € 160

Option 2- An 8 week plan for you to complete at home with the equipment you have available to you, including a weekly 30min catch up to ensure you are on track to meet your goals.

Programme cost is € 100

We can offer services to enhance your holiday if you are:

  • Training for an event
  • A non- skier
  • Wanting to keep your fitness up whilst away on holiday
  • Recovering from injury/illness
  • Want to meet other fitness fanatics whilst away
