Outdoor Fitness

These sessions will vary each day and will have either a strength, cardio or toning focus to ensure cross training is built effectively into clients’ fitness plans. We will use bodyweight as well as a range of equipment to keep sessions varied and engaging.

Personal Training

These will be run either in communal spaces or on client's premises. Plans will be bespoke to clients goals/targets and will be structured around given time periods e.g. training for  specific events, increase in fitness levels. These can be run on a 1:1 basis or up to a small group size of 5 people. Please ask for more information about the packages we offer. 

Women’s Fitness

This work will inform all sessions that we run, but clients can also request specific sessions, plans, advice sessions. We will also look to run social groups to allow clients to come together and talk about the challenges related to this period in life.

Fitness and wellbeing events

We will look to partner with other groups in the area e.g. yoga teachers, climbing groups etc. to organise fitness events that promote fitness in the areas- this may be a day retreat, community hike/run, wellbeing talks, but the detail will come from the needs of our fitness community and if possible the Maire/tourist offices in the area.

Community running Group and a Walk and Talk Group

We will be running a weekly running/walking club to bring together people who want to run sociably, explore the area or just train in a group of like-minded individuals to push and improve their performance. 

EREPS and CIMPSA Accredited 

Fully qualified instructors who are members of associated bodies with up to date fitness knowledge, who are also qualified to work with people with specific health conditions.

As we approach the start of the ski season, I am offering an 8 week Ski Fit Personalised Programme Offer.

There are 2 options for you to consider- in person and virtual.

Option 1- 8 in person PT sessions and an at home plan to follow to ensure you are winter season ready.

Programme cost is € 160

Option 2- An 8 week plan for you to complete at home with the equipment you have available to you, including a weekly 30min catch up to ensure you are on track to meet your goals.

Programme cost is € 100

Family Fitness 

These sessions are for parents, carers and grandparents to attend with their children. Each session will focus on being active and having fun! We will talk about the benefits of being active as children and adults though basic circuit training, team games and obstacle courses- with a focus on balance, stability, coordination, hand eye coordination and teamwork. 

Each session lasts 45mins and costs €10 per family group
